Hunters will be hunting hard to access public land that this ranching for wildlife property blocks access to. Most of the hunting will take place between 8,000-9,000 by elevation. The habitat consists of aspens, some dark timber, pines, some maples, clearings and meadows. This area is home to the largest elk herd in the western United states and holds a healthy herd of resident and migrating elk.
