Description

This ranch has very good consistent deer and elk hunting. The ranch has a number of water sources, lots of oak brush, scrub oak and some aspens for cover for the deer/elk. The landowner has planted several dry land agriculture food plots and placed shooting/Box blinds in great areas overlooking food plots, canyons and ravines where deer/elk move from bedding to feeding areas. Hunters can glass almost all of the ranch and alot of the surrounding public land.

Price: $3,500.00

Non Resident Qualifying License & Elk Tag fees are approximately $743 a hunter, Hunters will need to apply for and draw their elk License through the Colorado big game draw. Colorado Non Resident Hunting Licenses and Elk tag fees are hunter's responsibility to purchase. 4th Rifle Elk Season hunters will need to apply for their elk license in the big game draw. There are usually 4th Rifle season elk licenses after the 2nd draw that hunters can purchase over the counter in August.

Description

1,300 acres with pristine meadows, aspen groves, and mountain views. Unlike so many mountain ranches, the mountains are close but do not "hem in" the land. You are able to look out, not just up. And if the Ranch land is not enough, to the west lies BLM land, and Division of Parks and Recreation acreage to the north and east. All in all approximately 10,000 acres of public playground, but only easily accessible through the Ranch.
